Claiming New Territories

In order to claim new territory, first the leader or deputy must call out a battle call, such as:
"This Clan hereby lays claim on this territory, anyone who wishes to claim this land instead must speak out now and fight back."

First, a Clan must have at least one reason to claim the territory.
Could it be that they need more hunting territory, or is the Clan too cramped?
Give a reason and make your leader/deputy speak this on the first post.

Then, in order to fight back for a territory that is about to be claimed, the opposing Clan MUST WANT THE TERRITORY.
If all Clans are present and wish for the territory, they are all against each other and there is no alliances in this battle unless there is a specified, written document (Placed down by a Wyse) that says it is against Clan code to attack a member of the allianced Clan.

Your Clan cannot walk in and fight JUST so that the other Clan doesn't get a territory.
They must want it and have TWO reasons to take it rather than just one.

If the reasons given are not valid, the board will be locked and the original Clan who wished to claim it gets it (Unless the said Clan is the one with the invalid reasons. In this case, the board is closed and no Clan gets the territory for the moment.)
